An 812 kWp rooftop array on a retail facility in Ozamiz, Misamis Occidental, delivered as direct EPC contractor. It is one of the largest systems Magnus has built in northern Mindanao and the photography on this site’s home page is from this roof.

Retail roofs pair large, unobstructed deck area with an air-conditioning load that peaks at the same hours as the sun, which is the most favourable pairing in the sector. The trading floors below stayed open throughout: work on an operating mall is planned around delivery windows, tenant fit-outs and opening hours, and roof penetrations are engineered and sealed to the building’s existing waterproofing detail.

The site is also a demonstration of what nationwide really means. Crews, mounting hardware and balance-of-system stock were mobilised regionally rather than shipped from Manila, which is the difference between a six-month delivery cycle and one that runs to the shipping schedule.
