Solar Lease & PPA
Buy the power. Keep your capital.
Under a Magnus solar lease or power purchase agreement, we fund, build, own and operate the plant on your roof. You pay for the electricity it produces at a fixed tariff below your grid rate, for a term of 5 to 20 years.

How it works
- Step 1
Study
We study your bill and roof and propose a system size and tariff.
- Step 2
Agree
We sign a lease/PPA and a roof-use agreement.
- Step 3
Build
We build and energise at our cost.
- Step 4
Operate
You pay monthly for the kWh generated; we monitor and maintain.
- Step 5
Save
Savings start on the first bill after energisation.

End of term: the system becomes yours. Ownership transfers to you at the end of the lease — that is the standard structure, not an option you have to negotiate for.
The co-ownership model
For larger portfolios, Magnus also structures projects where a financing partner owns the asset and Magnus originates, builds and operates it. The first such structure was executed with a Philippine growth-finance institution in August 2026.
Who it suits
We can work with any site billing more than ₱10,000 a month — the level at which a lease starts to make sense for both sides. In practice that means multi-site retailers, hospitals, schools and manufacturers at one end, and single commercial buildings at the other; the common factor is preferring to spend capital on the core business rather than on a power plant.
Also available
Rent-to-own lease for smaller commercial and residential systems, with terms of 6–12 years.

Send us your address and a recent electricity bill. We’ll come back with a preliminary design and an indicative proposal.
