Much of the Philippines’ rooftop solar was built by a company you haven’t heard of.

That company is us. For seven years Magnus has engineered and built rooftop plants that were often registered under the developer that financed them. The brand on the press release was theirs; the crews on the roof were ours. This page is where the record is set out plainly.

Our delivered work runs from a 6.55 MWp factory roof in Cavite and a 2.7 MWp aviation facility in Pasay to hospitals, malls and campuses in Leyte, Sorsogon, Surigao and Misamis Occidental.

Chosen by the capitalised platforms. The developers and energy majors that dominate published league tables — with international funds behind them — contract Magnus to build and operate. That is the clearest third-party verdict on our engineering.

The numbers are audited

Magnus’s financial statements are independently audited and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Revenue grew 61.9% in FY2025, on a business that has been bootstrapped from zero since 2019 and has remained profitable while growing.

    Every capacity figure we publish carries a date and a definition. We would rather show 32.6 MWp we can evidence than a larger number we cannot.
