Food and beverage manufacturing is a demanding host for construction. Production hygiene requirements govern what can be carried through the building, when roof work can happen above process areas, and how the electrical tie-in is staged. Our structural review, attachment design and QA checkpoints run the same way here as on any site; the sequencing is what changes.
